Innovative Energy Solutions provides energy compliance testing services, including:
- HERS Testing
- Duct Leakage Testing
- QII (Quality Insulation Installation) Verification
- New Building Compliance Testing
We ensure that homes and buildings meet California Title 24 energy standards but do not guarantee passing results if a property does not meet the required efficiency criteria.
Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance.
- Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- If an inspection fails, re-testing fees may apply.
- Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure accessibility to all testing areas.
- Provide accurate information about your project.
- Make necessary fixes if your system fails to meet compliance standards before scheduling a re-test.
Service Limitations
While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for:
- Construction issues beyond our control.
- Incorrect installations that fail energy compliance.
- Delays caused by third parties.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. If a client experiences a failed inspection, we will provide guidance but cannot guarantee approval.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and materials are owned by Innovative Energy Solutions. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a client violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unsafe practices.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with California state laws.
